What is the reward?

For every eligible Rinnai Hotflo products you purchase at a Plumbing Plus Store, you will receive a $40 store e-voucher. 

How to Claim?

It is a very simple process to claim your reward. 

Before you start, please ensure you have the following ready:

  • Invoice number and date
  • An electronic copy of your invoice to upload as proof of purchase. File format: PDF, JPEG only

When you are ready to claim your cashback, click on the Claim Now link and complete the online form as required.

Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an email to advise of your claim status. 

You will need to claim each individual product item separately, uploading the invoice each time.

How do I save a copy of my receipt so I can upload it into the cash back site?

To upload a copy of your invoice/sales receipt, you will need to follow one of the below steps:

Scan a copy of your receipt, save this as a PDF file onto your computer

Or take a photo of your receipt using either a camera or smartphone and save this onto your computer.

Once the file has been saved in one of the above formats on your computer, you will be able to upload this into the site.

How long does it take for my reward to be approved?

Claims will be approved each Monday for sales between 19 October and 11 December for sales submitted the previous week. All claims must be submitted by 11 January, 2021. No claims will be accepted after this date. Rewards will be verified and processed at the completion of the program.

When will I receive my Rinnai Store e-voucher?

If your claim is successful, your store e-voucher will be issued to you up to 60 days from the date that the claim is validated for processing. The store e-voucher will be emailed to the nominated email address provided on the claim form.

How do I redeem my store e-voucher?  

Locate the email ‘Zip.Co via Prezzee’ sent to your email address and click ‘Open Gift’.

View or save your Gift Card by selecting ‘View and Print, ‘Store in your Prezzee Wallet’ or ‘Download PDF’ (You can also add it to your Apple or Google Wallet).

Present the Gift Card, with the barcode and pin number (if required) to the cashier, or enter online at checkout.

How long is my store e-voucher valid for and what happens if it expires?

Please check the Terms and Conditions of each gift card prior to purchase, as expiry dates are specific to each Retailer. If your gift card expires before redemption, you will no longer be able to utilise the remaining balance on the gift card.
